About our Founder
Randon L.Gray
Humanitarian, Advocate, Life Coach, Mentor, and Speaker
Randon Gray, is a well-known Speaker, advocate, life coach, mentor and humanitarian in his hometown neighborhood of Oak Cliff.
Motivated through faith, Randon is a firm believer in reaching back to enhance, uplift and empower the lives of others.
“Faith without works is dead, translation Belief requires Action” and it’s that mindset, Believe and Do was born, through the heart and mind of Randon Gray. “Believe and Do is about seeing a need and meeting it, and most times it doesn’t take much but to be a willing vessel” says Randon Gray Drawing from his own personal experiences_ Randon knows what it means to have to hustle harder to achieve greatness. He recalls growing up in underserved neighborhoods and school systems, the absence of a father in the home, and various other obstacles of poverty that many experience, conditions in which some people lost their lives, however it was those very obstacles that motivated him to work harder in an effort to secure a better future. Educated in the classroom of life (and still attending), Randon’s life story allows him to connect with others in meaningful life changing ways. “Every human being is valuable and precious above anything else and if you believe that_ that Belief requires action”.
